Returns & Refunds — Plurpose
At Plurpose, every piece is created with intention—rooted in love, kindness, and inclusion. Each item is made to order, which helps us reduce waste and give more back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preferences, or change-of-mind. We encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
A Thoughtful Alternative
If your item isn’t quite right but is still in good condition, we invite you to extend its purpose. Consider donating it to a local shelter, community organization, or gifting it to someone who could use a little extra warmth and kindness. One small act can create a ripple effect.
How to Report a Problem
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
To report an issue, please use the unique link provided in your delivery confirmation email:
- Click “Report a problem”
- Select the issue from the dropdown menu
- Provide a brief description of what went wrong
- Upload clear photos showing the issue
- Click Submit
Once submitted, your request will be carefully reviewed. We’ll work quickly with our production partner to make it right—either by issuing a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note: Items sent back without first submitting a report will not be accepted.
