At Plurpose, each item is made to order with care. This allows us to reduce waste and create more meaningful impact with every purchase.


Processing Time

All orders are custom-made once your order is placed.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
  • During busy seasons or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, shipping times will vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.


Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners through Printify, items in your order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Plurpose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to resend your package.
